Monk Fruit Natural Sweetener Powder
Delicious natural sweetness, without the sugar spike.
Zilch is a monk fruit infusion powder, known technically as a decoction: the whole dried fruit is gently simmered in water to draw out its natural sweetness, then dried into a fine powder. Two ingredients, nothing else.
Ingredients: Monk fruit infusion powder (soluble tapioca fibre 70%, monk fruit decoction (Siraitia grosvenorii) 30%).
Around 3x as sweet as sugar, so a little goes a long way. The sweetness comes from mogrosides, the naturally occurring sweet compounds in monk fruit, which means a negligible calorie and glycaemic impact at typical serving sizes. Stir it into coffee and tea, porridge, yoghurt and smoothies, or sweeten to taste when baking.
No erythritol, no sugar alcohols, no allulose, no artificial sweeteners. No added sugar, and a source of fibre from the tapioca carrier. Whole-fruit derived and less refined than purified monk fruit extracts.
